GoogleSEO, GA4 & Ads ready

Six things that actually move inquiries

Not a pretty brochure. Structure, content, discoverability and conversion designed as one system.

01

Two markets, one content system

An international site and a China site share one source of truth: two languages, two domains, one editorial process.

02

Google-ready SEO from day one

Clean URL structure, sitemaps, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, Search Console and GA4 wired in before launch — not "we will fix SEO later".

03

Landing pages built for paid traffic

One message per ad group, a single clear action, form above the fold, mobile-first speed. Tracking parameters and conversion events included.

04

AI-assisted bilingual content

Product data turned into page copy, specs and industry updates in English and Chinese — at the pace buyers and search engines expect.

05

Answers AI engines can quote

Q&A blocks, verifiable facts and consistent brand entities, so ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews have something citable to say about you.

06

A site someone keeps running

Content calendar, backups, monitoring and a monthly performance review — handed over with a manual, not abandoned at launch.

Four steps, each signed off

Page-by-page approval in small increments — so you never discover the direction was wrong at the end.

STEP 01

Discovery & positioning

Business goal, buyer profile, competitors, keywords. We agree on the result the site must produce before design starts.

STEP 02

Architecture & proposal

Sitemap, key journeys, conversion points and scope with a fixed price. Skeleton first, visuals second.

STEP 03

Design & build

Homepage and one representative inner page set the visual baseline. Approved, then scaled out across both sites in parallel.

STEP 04

Launch & operations

DNS, SSL, indexing, form notifications, analytics and backups verified item by item, then handover with training.

CASE 01 · FINE CHEMICALS · B2B EXPORT SITE

Shanghai Better Chemical — overseas site

Background

A fine-chemical manufacturer with 20+ years of operations whose overseas pipeline depended on trade shows and referrals — with no online presence that could speak for itself or be found by search.

What we did

Structured the product catalogue (CAS numbers and formulas verified entry by entry), built a citable industry-insight column, published bilingually, and restructured pages into Q&A blocks so search engines and AI assistants can both understand what the company sells and why it is credible.

Outcome

Inbound shifted from trade-show-only to steady traffic from organic search and AI answers; the site became the first trust page overseas buyers see. Bilingual content is produced once and shipped twice, so new product lines reuse the same structure.

Questions buyers actually ask

How much does a bilingual site cost?

It is scoped per project, not sold as a package: page count, languages, integrations (CRM, forms, catalogue data) and content volume drive the number. After a short brief we send a fixed-price proposal with a written list of what is and is not included — so there are no surprises mid-project.

How long does it take to launch?

A focused bilingual site typically goes live in 3–6 weeks from an approved sitemap, assuming content and brand assets are available. Larger catalogues or CRM integrations extend that; we confirm the date in the proposal.

Do you write the English copy, or do we?

We write it. Product data and technical specs come from you; the English and Chinese page copy, meta titles, descriptions and FAQ blocks are produced and edited on our side, then reviewed by your team before publishing.

Can you work with our existing site?

Yes. We migrate content, keep URL equity with proper redirects, and preserve what already ranks. If the current site is beyond repair for SEO, we say so — with the trade-offs in writing.

How do you prove it is working after launch?

Search Console and GA4 are set up before launch, conversion events are defined with you (inquiry form, email click, WhatsApp click), and a monthly review covers indexing, keyword movement, landing-page conversion and where the inquiries came from. Rankings and lead volume depend on your market and content cadence — we commit to the work and the reporting, not to a guaranteed position.

Do you also run the Google Ads?

We build the landing pages, tracking and conversion setup that make ads measurable, and we can advise on structure and keywords. Media buying can stay with your team or agency — the site will report cleanly either way.
